In the field of Human Resources Management, Human Capital Management (HCM) has become increasingly important throughout the last years. Staff members in Human Resources Management have to design sustainable Human Resources concepts in the long run and be capable to implement them at the operational level. Through this degree specialisation, we transmit expert knowledge that enables our students to assist a company’s management and the subordinated departments, e.g. in designing and improving personnel administration, personnel marketing and recruiting, in human resources development, as well as employee services and coaching. In the field of Personnel Services this course focuses on the whole range of professional activities such as personnel consultant or headhunter in temporary employment agencies, personnel service agencies, in the fields of personnel leasing, outsourcing, on site management, and outplacement consulting.
